2. Scope

This policy applies to the personal data processed through the Gladiator Series website and the communication channels linked from it (email and WhatsApp). The Website has no user registration.

3. Data we process

• Contact data you send us by email or WhatsApp (name, phone number, email and the content of your message).
• Tournament data published by the organization — name, nationality, results, eliminations and Killer Ranking points of players who take part in Gladiator Series tournaments.
• Images taken during the festivals for coverage and promotional purposes (see the Rules).

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your requests (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Publishing results, rankings and coverage of the tournaments (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Sending information about Kikuxo Poker Events festivals when you have asked for it (consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with the casino hosting each festival and with other brands of the Kikuxo Poker Events group (Vamos Poker Tour, European Poker Masters) when necessary for the organization of the events. WhatsApp communications are subject to the policies of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.

6. Retention

Contact data are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. Results and rankings are kept as part of the historical record of the festival.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@gladiatorpokerseries.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus or with the supervisory authority of your country.
