Bounty Formats

How Does the Regular KO Work?

A fixed bounty on every head, paid the moment you eliminate a player. The format of the Gladiator Series High Roller.

The Regular Knockout (KO), also called Direct KO, is one of the simplest and most popular bounty formats.

What is a Regular KO tournament?

Every player carries a fixed bounty on their head. When you eliminate another player you take their chips and collect their bounty on the spot, so every elimination turns straight into prize money.

How it works

When you register, your buy-in is split in two: one part goes to the main prize pool and the other becomes your bounty. Every time you eliminate an opponent you collect their bounty immediately, usually in cash or as tournament credit. To win as much as possible it is not enough to eliminate players: you also have to go deep, because the further you go, the more chances you have to add eliminations and to fight for the main prize pool.

Why players love it

Every elimination is paid on the spot, the format rewards aggressive play, and success depends on balancing bounty hunting with survival.
